Welcome to COWAS

Campton Estate and Windsor Suites are for all of us a dream. Nestled on a hilltop, surrounded by verdant forests of majestic deodhar (or devdhar, as the locals reverently call) trees, it is like a picture perfect hung in the clouds! The sheer sight from down below fills your heart with glee and one longs to come back, be it every summer, autumn or spring. For some of us, who live here for months together, it is like living their dreams.All owners of Campton Estate and Windsor Suites met in the month of June 2015 to establish the Campton Owners Residents Welfare Association Shimla (COWAS). Since then we have had a long journey and through the relentless efforts of its founding members, all named in the MOU and the Articles of Association, COWAS was registered on 14.08.2017 by the Registrar of Societies, Shimla. Today COWAS is a vibrant society and efforts have been made to make its functioning paperless and digital by employing state of the art technology. Upgrading the system is a continuous process. COWAS has its own dedicated web-site: cowasshimla.com with multi links enabling members to have access to all kinds of necessary and relevant information. Since the members live-in far-off places, unlike in other societies and associations, the meetings, both of the MC/ECs and GBs are conducted through video conferencing. Any member can approach and post their grievances on the designated link and if necessary, have face to face interaction with the members of the MC/EC with prior appointments.I, on behalf of COWAS, welcome you all, to Campton Estate and Windsor Suites, to live your dreams and together make this our paradise home!_____ R.
